REMEMBRANCE OF LATE SIR. AHMADU BELLO SARDAUNA OF SOKOTO BY GAMJI KADPOLY
In history to date, many of 21st century age don’t know who is Late. Sir. Ahmadu Bello SARDAUNA and his role to social development to Nigeria.
For any generation to set a new developmental dimensions, they need to know the role play by past Nationalist is paramount, as Kaduna polytechnic Gamji Chapter play a vital role to remember history of late premier.


Ahmadu Bello believed that every Nigerian, and all human beings are created equally, that they are endowed by God with rights among which are life, liberty, equal opportunity, blessings and the legitimate pursuit of happiness. Throughout his political career and before, he espoused high morality and intellectual virtues.
Bello originally embraced the Indirect rule system of colonial Nigeria before gradually embracing reforms. During his period of premiership, his biographer, John Paden described him as a progressive conservative, because he was an agent of change and also of the traditional elites.[10] Bello’s leadership characteristics was a blend of religious, traditional and modern values and his obligation in colonial and post-independence Nigeria was performing these different roles in the northern region.

Some of the invited guest at the remembrance even holds at Chemical engineering lecture at the main campus, include Dean students Affairs Kaduna Polytechnic, represented by Deputy Dean CASSS Mallam Ikra Abubakar, and other staffs of Kaduna Polytechnic, students among others.
In his delivery speech addresss, Mallam Faruk Musa Nndamadu represented by Mallam Ikra Abubakar, emphasized on the need to educate a girl child and know they has the right to be educated and go to school for helping the society and the nation at large.
Ikra said, legacies of Sir. Ahmadu Bello Sardauna will never go in vain as rewards of his good deeds will never vanish. Adding that, among his legacies include building Arewa House Kaduna, Kaduna polytechnic, Kaduna State Secretariat among others.
